what is considered a Hawaiian color?
t86 asked:
we’re having a big event for families and its at the beach. we’re designing a tshirt for the event and we chose green. but, does it really represent hawaii? if it does, what shade? but can a hawaiian mood be concluded as just one single color? what do you think? what color/shade would u suggest?

Bright colours – like lime green [or a little darker], yellow, orange, light blue, a bright purple, and sometimes red, imo.

When i think of Hawaiian colours i think of sunset colours, sort of red fading into orange and yellow. If you’re going for a single colour i’d go for vibrant pink or turquoise.

You wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t include a link below, but each island, by state law, has a different official color.
Green is the color of Moloka’i.
I recommend that you don’t worry too much about an individual color, as long as your T-shirt isn’t tacky.
