Ideas for my pool party luau? (quick 10 pts.)?

im hosting a pool party with a luau/beach/hawaiian theme in a few days. There are going to be eight 12 year olds (just a fun summer party with my close friends.) I’m a little stuck, though. I don’t want to make my mom spend so much money on anything and I have left over decorations from my beach birthday party last year that im using. But does anyone have any ideas for decorations, PARTY FAVORS, ACTIVITIES, games..etc… that is easy/free/cheap? pleasee answer soon. Thanks so muchh! =) <3

Limbo: Music and a broom stick
Use paper leis and grass skirts.
Make fruit kabobs with pineapple, grapes, etc.
Get some of those graden tiki torchs for 3-4 bucks each.

Party favors – check your dollar store for bags of hair clips and scrunchies, nail polish, and inexpensive beads and bangles to make small goody bags.

My friend had a pool party, she filled her pool with cheap beach balls in red and orange she got at a dollar store. It looked so cool.
