Start with the Hotel I am sure they will help and might also throw in some extras of thier own…also are they making arrangements on thier own or using a travel agent? if using a travel agent contact them they can do a lot to help.

I would call the hotel they are staying at. The hotel concierge should be able to help you out. By the way, that is the sweetest thing to do for your brother and sister-in-law.
